This is an organic-certified micro-blend from the Tocto family at Finca Churupampa, a farm turned social enterprise that has helped shift much of its community out of subsistence farming into more strategic, sustainable, high-quality coffee production. These are forward thinkers with their eyes on a coffee future of groovy, impactful things like soil regeneration, natural fertilizers, and compost programs.
An ode to notoriously smooth Peruvian specialty coffees, we’ve roasted this with “drinkability” in mind. As an espresso, batch brew, or cold drip, you’ll taste the same rich chocolate and a bit of sweetness.
